I found a passion for sport performance training during my time on the football team at McKendree University. While attending school, I obtained both a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Master’s in Teaching. I take great pride in being able to help student-athletes become the best version of themselves both inside and outside of the weight room.
For a limited time, we are offering complimentary Youth Athlete Evaluations in both Anna and Carterville. This evaluation consists of an in-depth test of mobility, speed, agility, and strength. Similarly, we will sit down and see YOUR goals to best tailor your program to your athletes success in their sport.

Using the data from our Performance Analysis, we begin building your custom program.
In doing so, we use our 10 years of in-field experience, and the newest research, to match the appropriate training methods and exercises to your specific needs.
This way, our athletes receive proven programs - backed by science and proven in practice.
Each month, the athlete’s programming progresses.
Movements become slightly more advanced, intensity increases, and drills are complexified.
This is to ensure continued results, without burnout.
Coaches continuously measure the progress of the athlete to ensure their custom plan is delivering results.
If for some strange reason, the athlete isn’t progressing, we make adjustments to get the athlete going in the right direction.
